My name is Bernadette Rhodes but everyone knows me as Bernie. I am a 17 year old cadet within Colchester division. St john Ambulance. I am posting this for you guys to read to tell you about the charity skydive which we are fundraising for. The Skydive is not going to take place until September 2010 because this year is a very important year for St John Ambulance Colchester division because we are celebrating its 100th birthday so I decided to postpone it until next year but we want to start raising money for this amazing cause.

We have started hitting the streets in Colchester and have had a positive feed back and good general donations from the members of the public. We have a target of which will change the lives of the Badgers, Cadets and Adult members of St.John Ambulance which I am confident it can be achieved

Please, please do consider what we are asking. We have never done something like this before and we are hoping that it will be a massive hit!! Usually we attend local Tesco stores on a certain day in the year and rattle tins and the general public asking for money but I thought I would take this one massive step forward and do a skydive. We need as much media attention as we can get and your show the core start of our adventure.

I am struggling so much in getting started. I need loads of advertisment and dontations !!! Can anyone help????

Link to another Just giving page

Me and a friend have both set up pages for a charitry run we're both running in a few weeks. We are both donating to the same charity and i was wondering if it is possible to 'combine' the pages once we're finished fundraising to give a grand total of what we've raised?

Hi, new to JustGiving and created a page but was having a few problems so cancelled it. I really want to use the same url so is there anyway i can totally delete the page and re-use it or is it going to be there until the expiry date now (2014)? Also, there are two of us taking part in the event and I noticed on a lot of other peoples pages they have a "team members" section. How can I add other team members to my page?

Extending Life of pages more than once

I have two fund rasing pages originaly set up to run for a year that expire in a weeks time, as neither has reached the target amount set, i would like to extend them i can see how to do this but ...........
Could someone tell me can the pages be extended more than once and if so is there a limit to how maney times etc, was thinking maybe i could just keep extending the pages a month at at time till targets are reached ?? I dont mind if the amounts go a bit over but once reached want to then fund raise for other charities but don't want more than two at a time on the go.

Widget problems

I have 2 justgiving pages active on the same account. I'd like to show both widgets on my webpage, thus giving people a choice of which of 2 charities to donate to. Thing is, I can get either one of them to show, but not both of them. It's driving me mad. Can anyone explain (as if to a not-too-bright small child) where i'm going wrong. Any help much-appreciated.

Changing a Donors message

A friend of mine has donated to my page but left a message that i know is a "tongue in cheek" joke but many other potential donors who don't know him may not. Can i delete/edit a single persons message without a) hiding all comments, or b) asking him to do it?

Multiple teams, same event

Hi,

Sorry new to all of this and have been trying to search for more info.
We have orgainised an event www.thegrandrace.org (racing grand pianos, belive it or not) and have set up a just giving page for donations. Question is, to date there are 14 teams raising money for the same event in which I presume they will need a separate just giving page Can they be linked into the overall fundraising target which I would like it to be.

Hello, I am trying to put a link to my blog about my fundraising event on my justgiving page but it won't work....
ive tried making a link using the editing toolbar in the edit your fundraising page bit...and ive tried making a link with the normal code....but none of it seems to work?

Is it possible to select a charity and see who is doing what as activity to raise money for this charity at Justgiving? Had a look at the webpage but could not find this feature.
