03-09-2008, 20:38 awooga Joined on 03-09-2008 Posts 1 PLYMOUTH Half Marathon May 2008 Hi all, Anyone else running in the 2008 Plymouth Half Marathon?  After starting my training I sprained my knee, hopefully i'll be back out running within the next week or two, but a sprained knee wont stop me.   Im running in memory of STEPHANIE HAMMACOTT.  You Plymothians will have know doubt heard about Steph, so please visit my site and help out with Jeremiah's Journey and Stephs memory www.justgiving.com/alexsteer Thanks peeps    Report

We ran/walked last year but then decided that we would run the whole thing this year. Training has been a little hit and miss as I travel a lot so I hope I will make it on the day! How is your knee?
