Hi all,

Anyone else running in the 2008 Plymouth Half Marathon?  After starting my training I sprained my knee, hopefully i'll be back out running within the next week or two, but a sprained knee wont stop me.

 

Im running in memory of STEPHANIE HAMMACOTT.  You Plymothians will have know doubt heard about Steph, so please visit my site and help out with Jeremiah's Journey and Stephs memory

Hi Awooga, yes I am running the Plymouth half marathon, along with my husband and daughter.
We ran/walked last year but then decided that we would run the whole thing this year. Training has been a little hit and miss as I travel a lot so I hope I will make it on the day!
How is your knee? Hope it is fully recovered. I am raising funds for Alzheimers Society as my mother is a sufferer. http://www.justgiving/melaniefielder
