There are 11 (maybe 10 now!) who live in Banstead, Surrey and 2 from Norwich who are doing it this year. It must be difficult training on your own. There is a page on the walk the walk website for advertising for fellow walkers. How has your training been going so far? It sounds like you had a walking partner but not now? I managed to persuade a number of friends to do the moonwalk as my sister had breast cancer (finished her treatment in August) and a good friend of mine is going through chemo at the moment, we have been doing quite a bit of training - got up to 14.5 miles last week (well 3 of us did!) but luckily we still have a way to go. If you are walking on your own on the 17th - let me know and we can meet up, I'll introduce you to our crowd and you are welcome to walk with us.
