Just stumbled over your post. How did it go and have you kept it off?
I'm aiming to do something similar. In the past I have lacked th eincentive but doing something on here and quite high profile I think will make me much more determined,

Hi, I dont think its too much, ive just done 2stone and have 4 to go. This is defernitley the way to keep on track. I tell everyone to choose a challenge of a life time and go for it. My daughter and I are going to China in October to Walk along the Great Wall and its making me keep to the diet and exercise is essential, I wish id done it before. I wish you luck and keep going, dont listen to people who say you cant do it. Anything is possible if you want itbad enough
