I've never stayed in a tepee before, it sounds like great fun, in fact I've never slept in a tent. What will we need to take?

Thats great thankyou. just e mail me with any information you want or phone me with instructions. i will do whatever is needed. As for potions they will be one application pre ride, and i can make a soothing balm for post ride. if anyone wants to send me there address then i can send them for those who are on the bath ride for them to try. I am getting on ok with them. any questions feel free to ask.

So sorry you cant make this one Julz but it should be fun. Will def organise a ride for Sun for anyone interested with the option of finishing just after lunch so folks can set off back home refreshed. Perhaps you can get to this.
Have booked everyone in now but with the remainder lodging of 1 bed Fri and static tent for 4 on Sat the hostel has kindly agreed to hold for another week. So if anyone else wants to join in let me know.
Tepee booked for 6 persons on the Fri. (3 unlucky people have to have a nice soft bed with a roof indoors).
Mattress and bedding supplied. Need towel and torch though. The site is just seeking approval for outside log burner. Inside tepee burner had to removed for safety reasons and now tents have a closed apex.

Sorry but I have had not logged on for so long, because I have had a few problems, and its all gone mad, training fund raising tips, god I've missed you's girls.
Can I come to the new forest, if I am too late I will try to ring them myself, if no room at the inn, I will try and get a local b&b.
Sorry but I cannot find the link for bath, is that this weekend!

Friday night if possible, and I dont have a membership, so I will be paying full price. Elaine I dont have any of your details, not sure if you are on face book, I know me and Donna have swapped information via this site in the pass, because I am concerned about you being out of pocket or can I pay it to the YHA direct, what is everyone else doing.

Hi Sue, this response is even quicker as I have just this moment done the final booking for youth hostel. I took a chance that you would come on the Friday.
Have decided to put us all in the camping mode for Friday night as there are now 10 of us. 6 in tepee and 4 in tent.
Saturday night we can all go into the warm and 9 of us can snuggle up in a 8 bedded room.
As I have now done the final payment, should anyone else wish to join in would you try the youth hostel direct. The only availabilty left today is 3 beds on the Friday and self camping for up to 5 on the Sat.
Non members will need to pay the £3 a night supplement on arrival. Members to show cards.
The rest of the cost has been put on my flexi friend so I will contact each of you with the damage shortly.
Let me know if any of you have any dietary needs or alcohol intolerance. I will organise a BBQ on the Friday. The pub is not too far away for Sat night.

Thanks Mavis, the cost for Friday night camping tepee or tent will be £10.58 and Saturday in dorm is £17.95. The cost for non members is payable at the centre at £3. per night when you arrive.

Hiya Sarah, did you not mention you were doing the race for life on the Sunday. Are you going to RUN the distance. I admire your stamina and that is what we shall drink to, prematurely and wish you a successful day of course.
Donna, I will send you route if needed and I will be on the other end of a phone if you get stuck. (not sure if that will be any better if you go way off track).
The centre did say they provide duvets and covers. I shall let you know if anything else is needed. The only suggestion they had was a torch for camping and getting back from pub. Need your own towel too.
