Mike and I finally had our rock and roll dance last weekend, it was a good laugh and we raised £203 - less than expected but good nonetheless.
We're collecting at Asda next weekend and I'm seriously considering dressing up as the Easter bunny to raise more money although Mike reckons this will be a source of great amusement to him all day. We were on the fron page of our local paper this week with a big photo of us looking silly to let people know what we're doing and also to let people know we're having a dog show in our little village hall in April. its £5 per dog, with loads of prizes for various abilities so we're hoping that will be a big fundraiser. The local vets did it last year and raised over £400! I'm going to ask our local pet show to sponsor the event and provide some prizes.
We've got so much planned but it's just finding the time to do it all, I think I could give up work and fundraise full time!
