Hey..

I am praying I wont get any punctures as I have no spare tubes and little in the way of repairing things or tools! very stack I know but its hard to get things done round here! Had so many hours working this last few weeks too.

Got given a lightweight bike yesterday but where its been left out the gears are rusty so cant use it tomorrow as will need a darn good service! Shame as its really comfortable to ride.

My ex shas spat the dummy again and  I was left wondering if he was going to have my girls or not, so good mummzy has come to the rescue and is coming all the way from London by train after work tonight bless her!

Doreen what time was it you said you were coming in the morning? I have to make sure I eat breakfast before I leave the house or I'll pass out at the first hill!

Despite the weather forcast I am looking forward to it... see you all tomorrow

What a day! Loved it! Thank you all for making it a very enjoyable. Sorry I didn't get to say goodbye properly, but I was so absolutely knackered I just wanted to get home and into a nice hot bath.
Not too bad today, my left knee is a tad painful but I'm sure that will ease off later.
Glad I haven't got to get back on a bike today, don't think I could.

What a day indeed! Those hills nearly killed me but hey we got there. Sorry I didn't complete the last leg with you though. Huge well done to you all for doing it. Was a fab day all in all. Weather was pretty kind to us.
Got in to find my darling Tasha had run a bath for me, and lit candles to make it relaxing... what a sweetie my daughter is aye. Had a soak then we walked down to the village for an Indian and bottle of wine.
This morning my muscles aren't too bad considering, just left side of my left leg feels tight! I do really worry how the hell I am going to be able to get on the bike day after day in Cuba though! Feel I could get on it today but not for a long haul ride like that! Must spend time building stamina.

Hi Julz and Everyone

Sit on a saddle today, there is no way I want to! A new saddle is definitely on the shopping list. You looked very comfortable Julz and I am sure if we were not actually passing your house, you would have been able to carry on. We got back to Lymington at 9.45pm to a wonderful welcome and the presentation of a medal. I am really pleased I did it! Maybe we could persuade our guides in Cuba just to ride every other day! I think I just have to keep up the training and my bum will become permanantly numb! Well done everyone and thanks to Elaine's husband Malcolm for organising it all.
