How to add a team member?

Hi,

I was wandering whether it is possible to add a team member to a page that has already been set up and also whether it is possible to merge two fundraising pages together..

Hi Rizla

Do you mean add a team member to your page as per:

http://www.justgiving.com/thefirefliesride

If so, this is easy to do in you user  account.

Simply log-in via the "your account" link at the top of your page then go into your page as if you were editing it.

At the top of the editing view of your page you will see a box called Team Members. Enter names of your team members here.

As for your second questions, we cannot merge two pages together but there is nothing stopping you providing a link to the second page in your personal message.

I can't seem to add any tema members or event details. All I can do is click basic editing, it's not clear how I get into something where I get the option of adding team members or when the event is! Could you give me some guidance?

I have the same problem. If you mistakenly start our with a template which does not have team members in it you are not given the option to add them in later.

I have raised this by email but I suggest that you post a fix here as it appears to be a relatively common problem.
