07-25-2009, 18:11 Julie watson Joined on 07-25-2009 Nottinghamshire Posts 4 Hi there New Member here- Blue Cross Maasai Trek June 2010 Hi everyone My name is Julie, I will be trekking the Maasai Mara next June 2010 to raise money for the Blue Cross Animal Charity. This is going to be a once in lifetime experience for me.  Ive wanted to to do something like this every since I was a teenager, but never had the chance to do it.   So seeing as I am the big 50 next year I thought it was about time I got my act together and do it.  Myself and my friend Sarah are doing the challenge setting of on the 10th June 2010 and returning home on the 21st June.  Cant wait!!!!  Any fundraising tips would be very gratefully received as its the first time either of us have ever done anything like this.
