Hello, my name is Jo and my partner is Dunc. We are raising money for Breast Cancer care. A family member had this a few years back and she pulled through and is now fighting fit : )
I have wanted to raise money for this cause for a long time and have now started to do something about it.
I plan to do various events, but have started off with a nice easy Smarties challenege hehe.
Giving tubes of smarties to my friends and family to then fill up with loose change and nearly at 50% of the target already so its working really well and great fun : )

Any tips and support would be welcome. We are new to the just giving website, so anything thats useful to know would be gratefully received : )

And great to see everybody working so hard on here to raise money for such worthwhile charities. Am very glad we started to do this : )

 Hi jochristy! Your idea's great.. Haven't thought of that idea. The tube would be like a coinbank right? That way, they wouldn't have a hard time filling it up with coins. You get to raise money easily. Good luck!
