Hey all, less than 12 months to go now so thought i'd start this up so we can all get to know each other a bit before we go.  Me....  i have the fantastic job of working for Marie Curie as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the West Midlands.  I have somewhat of an exercise phobia but really looking forward to the trek.  Done the Inca Trail a few years ago for another large charity and met some fantastic people so hoping for a similar experience on this trek.

Hey hey, im going on the same trek in September 2010 with my brother. We tried to get on the June trek but it was fully booked by the time we had done all the paper work and doctors signatures etc.

You'll have to let us know what to expect from it all!

Hi Nick, will do!  Im really looking forward to it, its coming around really quickly.  Really need to get my head focused on fundraising now as being a bit too laid back about it at the min!

Hi all me and my partner are doing Kilimanjaro in July 2010 for Marie Curie, any help with fundraising training kit would be greatly appreciated. Never done anything like this before but mega excitied bout this, also if there are any other people from the same trip that would maybe like to meet before it that would be great!!!
