On the 6th of Sept this year, I along with my sister and husband plan to cycle from Rhyl,North Wales down to Swansea over two days.Its to raise money for meningitis UK's search 4 a vaccine campaign. Its a charity close to my heart as its such a big killer to many babies & young children. I think roughly it will be around 200 miles, but were going to be able to have a definate over the next couple of days on the mileage. It will be something I myself have never done before, so advice, tips more then welcome in this direction!
