Knee not too bad i have good and bad days. Saturday evening though not done anything for few days as was on nights till then i was in a lot of pain and couldn't get comfortable then ok on Sunday apart from the getting good sleeping position at night. Sneaked a ride today did 21 miles may pay for it later though. I have just got to be sensible especially the recovery period after to make sue it working properly Amanda    Report

I have been locked out of the forum for some weeks now but it is great to be in touch again now that the door is open again. I think I am up to speed with all the happenings. Not sure that I will be doing the Randonee yet as I would have to get some cycle practice in. Dont know when. Off to Kosovo next week. Doesnt give me much time to prepare for those hills when I get back. Will see. Take care. Elaine    Report
