Hi Girls especially Sarah fingers crossed for tomorrow.
Reading posts I was confused about shewee so I googled and have a guess what I have ordered one, hope it comes before next week. Now what other secrets are you's girls holding onto, come on share the secrets. I am really worried about my poor bum, I just dont know how it will cope with 5 days cycling.

I feel really sick everytime I think of next week. Has any one else been on trip adviser to check out the hotels, some are a bit worrying. I want to know who's good with spiders, I'll swap with you, you can sit with me on the plane cos I love flying, but you have to kill the spiders, no letting them go, it has to be a shoot to kill policy incase they come back in my room!!!!

Hi all
daren't go out on my bike now in case I fall off and break my leg and can't go to Cuba !! or is that just an excuse !!
have looked at the hotels on trip advisor too but not bothered really what they are like, am prepared to rough it !!! lol
am ok with spiders - usually catch 'em and release them back into the wild ! not into mozzies tho' - have looked on net and found out that apparently they don't like marmite so assume that means if you eat it will exude from your pores and not that you have to smother it all over your body ??!! might take a jar anyway lol ....

in my capacity as the trip weathergirl I have had a good look at the weather in the places we are going! There are still quite a few showers around so take a waterproof - but there's sun too and it's hot hot hot!!! 26-30 degrees and humid! It's pretty warm at night too.
I'm gonna be wearing jeans to travel in and a fleece but I can't see us needing any more than that, are any of you guys taking extra jeans or jumpers? I am trying to fit everything into quite a small bag!

Sarah B - fab news!! Yay!! All those positive vibes kept your spirits up - what a team!!
Nicky - we'll be there about 3am as Sarah M is on the first flight over so we'll give you a shout when we get there. Is anyone suffering from butterflies - it's crazy!!
Sarah D - will still be packing the hairdryer :o)
Slushy and Lyn (and others who work at Heathrow) - do you think we'll be allowwed to bring our saddles in our hand luggage??
Everyone else :o) - will be eternally grateful if I could get a dose of small positive vibes for me (but won't describe what for on the forum as too embarressing but they're definately needed!!)

I'll be there from around 3 too as later coach wouldnt get me there on time.. so will find you around the meet up point. The hurricane is a bit worrying but will be over by the time we get there, although let's hope the winds drop and the sun shines sometimes!!
I am guessing we will need adapters for electrical stuff .. have looked up the hotels too and they look ok... wasn't expecting anything flash for Cuba though so in that respect they are actually better than expected. Got most of my last minute bits now. Just really dont quite know what to take for evenings!

Great to have you on board again, shame about Ester though. I'm using one of my last remaining self imposed 5 posts so this is going to be worth while.
Deena wants to pass on her congrats that you're still coming, only she's having logging in trouble at the mo.
Nicky, me, Deena and Mavis will be arriving at around 1.30am does that mean that as the earliest you get the coffee. I have the cards! Oh no ust realised its Amanda who gets there first, coffee and cake on her then!

Only 3 more working days to go. My bags packed ( I really can't believe that bit) have all my money, passport and travel insurance in the same place and managed to remember to put my sun hat in just in case. Oh the excitement.....
Sue are you and Sarah going to be peeing together? I've got to keep the camera out for that one, its charged...
Good job I'm typing or you wouldn't get this because its coming out so quick with excitement. Ohh and can't wait to finally meet Aly, all this chatting over the past year.
