i ran 20k on tues 24k on wed then 30k on thurs i hurt like hell who thinks i might be overdoing it and what's the quickest way to repair muscle tissue

Hi

As long as youre sticking to your training program Assuming and hoping you have one!... you might want to try taking an amino acid supplement - helps for mucle tissue repair and loads of stretching after your runs in the evening - definately helps me!
