Great South Run

Hey,

Just thought id get the ball rolling!
Anyone else running?
I am doing it for the Guide Dogs, would be nice to speak with other members to share advice & have a nice face to meet on the day.

Hi!

I'm doing it as well and I'll be running for the Haemophilia Society - which you can check me out and the charity here - http://www.justgiving.com/timtrevorrow so if you see me wearing a purple shirt for the Haemophilia society say hello! I'm down to 9 mimutes a mile which if I can do the full ten mile sin less than 90 minutes I'll be well happy. Good luck to you! Tim

I'm running to raise funds for Thye Bristish Liver Trust. I've recently started training and I'm averaging 8 minute miles at the moment.
