Hi!

I'm doing it as well and I'll be running for the Haemophilia Society - which you can check me out and the charity here - http://www.justgiving.com/timtrevorrow so if you see me wearing a purple shirt for the Haemophilia society say hello! I'm down to 9 mimutes a mile which if I can do the full ten mile sin less than 90 minutes I'll be well happy. Good luck to you! Tim

You can check out my page at www.justgiving.com/stuartmilligan1

See you all there and good luck with the training.
