I am doing it for the Guide Dogs, would be nice to speak with other members to share advice & have a nice face to meet on the day.

Hi!
I'm doing it as well and I'll be running for the Haemophilia Society - which you can check me out and the charity here - http://www.justgiving.com/timtrevorrow so if you see me wearing a purple shirt for the Haemophilia society say hello! I'm down to 9 mimutes a mile which if I can do the full ten mile sin less than 90 minutes I'll be well happy. Good luck to you! Tim

Hi Andy best of luck in the GSR, I am trotting for DebRA, I have not had time to get much training in so I am looking fwd to the race with some trepidation .i am however determined to finish and hope to get in at about 1 45- 2 hours if anyone wishes to meet up for a pre race pint on Saturday i am staying in southsea please respond via this forum.
